A nice, friendly and varied market to visit, if you're in the area.
It has a good hardware shop with a good stock of products. A cheese shop, a bar and much more...

Used to come here a lot but not been in years so was nice to spend a Saturday lunchtime walking round the indoor and outdoor markets . Car park round the corner by ambulance station and chippy is free for first hour too.. which was nice.

At first glance, at the outside part of the market, not very impressive but inside was really good with a variety of shops and places to eat and drink including a licensed bar. We bought a few things...

Indoor market was OK. Quite small. A lot of meat stalls but what they were selling looked good. There were also other stalls including a hardware store, greeting cards, cheese, a coffee stall, watch repairer and a bar.
The outdoor market was a waste of space. Maybe different on another day.

Nice surprise to find such a good market plenty of choice and lots of food stalls, butchers, bakers, cheese, spices and greengrocers are just a few plus the more unusual items crafts etc
