We took my 20 month old Grandson for breakfast with Santa this morning. Really impressed with the choices for breakfast, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and Santa was great even though my Grandson cried when we saw him. Great value for money as he got a chocolate Santa, reindeer food, a carrot for Rudolph and a really lovely book. Would really recommend this to everyone with children as so many places are really expensive and the gift is not very good. We will definitely go angain next year

Fantastic (AS ALWAYS!)

We are returning customers (in fact we tend to spend a lot of our time here!)

Booked for a birthday treat for Mum aged 69 and she hasn't stopped talking about how nice it was! Food was lovely and the staff arranged to sing 'Happy birthday' to My mum (MADE HER DAY!) and organised candles and the cake too!

As always, fantastic food, fantastic staff, fantastic night, thank you Toby!

We come here often on Sundays for dinner & have always found the staff to be polite, helpful & provide a great service.
We came here New Year’s Day for dinner & feel like we should extend our thanks to the staff, especially our server Alice, who went above & beyond for us.
After what must have been a very busy & stressful Christmas period for all your staff they were still cheery, chatty & couldn’t do enough for us.
We don’t come here for the food particularly, which I would rate as average, but for the staff & the great service we receive. Thanks.

Been coming here for buffet breakfast recently.

Staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly.
The food is delicious and the restaurant is very clean.

Usually good here, but today was total disaster. Bar littered with dirty plates, queue to be seated despite a booking system. Very poor management.

Front house guy seems lost. Booked a table in restaurant area (1850pm) and upon arrival was told 30 mins wait for this area, on a Wednesday night , this was due to him prioritising bigger tables he explained. When making the booking (15 minutes prior to arriving) and choosing to sit in the restaurant area, all times were available to us? Management please check your booking schedules to verify as diners will be pushed away. We decided to eat elsewhere.

Gluten free meals order was taken by waitress. When it was served there were items missing and some items that had not been ordered! Other than that those of us that did not have dietary requirements self served....Veg and potatoes all very fresh.....meat was good but lamb was a bit chewy that day.

15-4-25 Twice i have been here in 2 months and twice the mash potato machine isn't working , the veg was dry, needed ti drown my veh in gravy to eat it , when asked about machine the reply I got was a shrugged shoulder and the famous words awaiting parts , don't know when. Get a new machine in for gods sake
