I love the way their tracking says (Receiver not home. We've left them a message and we're waiting for them to get in contact with us.) when I have sat next to the door all day waiting for this parcel, also have cameras at the door and also a dog that barks when someone is at the door so i know they constaly lie. They are a fraud delivery service when they use this as a excuse besuace their drivers cant make their round and by them pushing that excuse button on their handsets puts the blame on the customer. Total fruad as a service.

The majority of Courier companies are able to give approximate delivery time. In some cases very accurate timing..
TNT being a very large organisation I would have thought it's not rocket science to keep up with their competitors.

I have a number of projects today which entail leaving the house. Because I have no idea of delivery time I am having to stay in to sign for the goods to confirm they have not been damaged during transit.

Second day not delivered. First and Second delivery not deliverd.(First delivery One attempt return to sender) They are updating the states whtever they want. No one contacted me.No missed delivery Cards or Pictures. Head office shuld fire these people. They are getting money for nothing. including depot manager. (NOT CAPABLE OF HANDEL PEOPLE) Unprofessional pleople and the service. We had to cancel our orders because of TNT . I hope TNT should loose more money than us ( Order 1: 25497221 Order2: 25497230) RIP TNT

I think the Basildon branch are very professional. Unfortunately they rely on other branches in other parts of the country for your consignment to arrive at its destination. Some of these branches are quite frankly useless and could not care less. It is also near on impossible to contact anyone from TNT when they have lost your consignment, which happens on a regular basis. Basildon are a strong link in an otherwise weak and rusty chain... TNT are the worst in an industry that consistently fails to perform to an acceptable standard (IMO)

I had to collect my parcel here as i missed my delivery, fairly easy process. Best waiting area with comfy chair with mags to read whilst you wait. The wait was not long which was a bonus.

It's been on the van since 09h15 this morning, but was not delivered by 19h00. The sender's tracking says it was misdelivered, but my tracking access has merely said that it was loaded on the vehicle. The "friendly staff" didn't bother to answer the phone at Basildon at least an hour before closing time.

Received a card due to nobody at home to accept delivery. OK, accept that, but card had not been ticked to indicate whether parcel left with neighbour or returned to depot. Come on, it's not that difficult to tick a box, is it?

TNT are by far the worst delivery company ever. I have worked in import & export for 5 years now and TNT never fails to shock me with their shockingly bad service and poor tracking. Their only job- deliver goods and possibly tell you where they are and when they’ll arrive… Nope.
