2 or 3 weeks ago I spent a considerable amount in this shop, Including 3x garden lights, 3 for £5...
2 of the lights didn't work so I took them back today, I hadn't got a receipt but as they were faulty I only wanted to exchange. I was told I couldn't do this because I had bought the last 3! I wasn't offered a compromise at all.
I was in hospital so couldn't take them back before now. On principle
I won't rest until I get this sorted.

This is a wonderful store. Has a wide selection of goods . There is pretty much something for everyone in this shop. Tools for the car, diy, garden, artwork, stationary, groceries,pet foods, birthday cards and even furniture to order to name just a few. The only downside to this store is it's not fully accessable to wheelchair users. The entrance itself is reasonable as it's a slightly sloping ramp entry but once your in the door tough won't be going much further as the isles are tight and there is usually stock on the floor . There is also an upstairs that had no disabled access. Parking is limited on the street with several disabled bays available and the taxi rank is also outside the door. Public transport is also only 50 yards away.

I have always loved thing me bobs up until today I asked a friend to collect 2 stand fans up for me as I didn't want to take my baby out in the scorching heat they sold out so he got 2 tower fans what I don't like so I return them to be told I can only have 50 pound store credit what I will never spend in there so I am a single mum and 50 pounds out of pocket I'm fuming

A good cheap shop has a variety of items and accessories they also have an upstairs area with home items. There is no lift available to get to the 1st floor. Staff are always helpful and friendly

Always pick up a bargain here, lots of things from homeware and kitchen accessories to gifts a gardening items and fairly priced, will keep visiting, the staff are friendly aswell.
