I'm not sure whether there was a problem with my server on the day I visited the Horsham Branch but I was treated with lack of respect and had NO help whatsoever. When I asked for recommendations/help was told to 'take a look in the brochure' and got a grunt and a nod on the odd occasion and literally had a very unsatisfactory customer service experience. Shame really as I use tlc a lot but won't visit this branch again.
