I was very disappointed with my experience at this shop yesterday. I had seen the Tiny Kitchens on the website and telephoned to ask about them, stating specifically which model I was interested in purchasing.
I was told that there were some on display and so made an arrangement to go and see them. Due to caring responsibilities this required a bit of organisation.
When I got to the shop the model was not on display, just other versions. The person in the shop was not the person who I had spoken to earlier and lacked knowledge. He was only able to show me the same website picture on screen that I had already seen.
He said the Tiny Kitchens are only delivered to your door and then you have to move them to the place you want them, in our case upstairs. They are large items, despite being "tiny" and would need two men to move them.
Having looked at the versions in the shop I think , on reflection, it would be easier and cheaper just to go to B and Q and buy units and have them fitted.
I needed something quickly and went with a thousand pounds to spend and through poor salesmanship and potentially poor delivery they lost an easy sale.
Very disappointed.
