Have just used Tiny Box for my first custom order. I got bespoke printing. It is safe to say the boxes and the print are excellent I am very happy. I dealt with Larah who set up the print for me. She even did some of the design for me which I appreciate as this was going above and beyond. I'll be using Tony box now for the foreseeable future and will also be recommending to my colleagues. EDIT: they have since been in touch to correct this issue, although I would still feel cautious, I feel the issue has been looked into thoroughly and because it has been taken seriously, I will continue to buy the products I have had a positive experience with from here (pouches and pillow boxes)

As a jewellery retailer, maintaining the quality and appearance of our products is obviously pretty important. Unfortunately, after using the boxes I was advised specifically for jewellery, all the silver tarnished. I know, this happens over time etc etc but I mean each piece was totally black within a couple of weeks. I’ve previously had similar with earring display cards (on that occasion, my fault for buying cheaply) so I presume it’s something about the materials or lining inside the boxes was contributing to this problem- perhaps a dye as the cards were black too?

It’s disappointing that such a fundamental issue has been raised before (see previous reviews) and yet the product is still recommended for jewellery. Luckily I only purchased 100 of the boxes to trial them. Still, 100 unhappy customers is quite a lot! I contacted Tiny Box direct and they told me this problem wasn’t happening- frustrating! And then said they would run tests. I’ve not heard back since.
I was offered a refund for the boxes I hadn’t used, unfortunately they have all been used.

Be cautious, some of their other products have been fine! but following this, I would suggest to test before using them.

ALWAYS check here first before Amazon, etc., even if not wholesale. I was being lazy but couldn't find what I wanted on Amazon, then remembered a great previous experience I'd had with TBC a couple of years ago. Found the perfect product immediately, much higher quality and half the price (including postage!). Love them and will be back again I'm sure.

I’ve been using tiny box since I launched my business in 2020. Now I’m scaling up I’m finding it hard to work with them. Amazing when you need 100 boxes and then 1000-5000 it’s slow. I’ll probably move on after Black Friday after my most recent experience. Slow responses, trying to phone me rather than email me back, getting orders wrong and MAJOR delays that lose me £thousands. Definitely use if you’re starting out but I’d recommend moving on when you scale up!

I dont usually leave reviews but felt this company deserved one. Very high quality of boxes. Come flat and so easy to assemble and stick together. Very strong and sturdy. Quick delivery and good price. Will always use for any boxes in the future.

Evri “misplaced” my first order. I contacted Paul who responded promptly and resent the boxes straightaway.
I purchased several boxes for earrings and necklaces purchased that turned up in pouches.
Really pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely use them again.

I've always had an excellent personal service with Tiny Box and been using them for about 7 years off and on as my products changed. I find them the best value for quality gift boxes and dispatch and customer service are excellent.
