Beautiful clothes and amazing deals in the outlet store in Holt. Visit made all the more enjoying being welcomed by Vivienne and Gemma. Helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. Great help pairing my new knitted cardigan with a beautiful scarf and necklace. Highly recommend. Great service.

Just been into the Holt store with my wife
Linda found 2 dressers which we purchased.

commented on a pair of trousers a staff member was wearing. none in stock in Holt

but a pair was available at woodbridge and the lady reserved for Linda

Hi I have just popped in to Tilley & Grace in Holt!
What can I say very impressed with the choice of clothes very reasonable 👍. The 2 members of Staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back to buy more outfits spoilt for choice

Horrible service in this shop today. I chose a pair or earrings which my husband went up to the counter to pay for. He asked the woman who served him if she could wrap them in a bit of tissue paper which was on the counter (they would be a birthday gift to me from our daughter) but all she really wanted to do was put them in a bag and was not forthcoming in wrapping them. In the end he gave up and said “Don’t worry about it then” and paid and walked out of shop. She clearly had no idea I was with him and said sarcastically when he was out of earshot “Nope, I’m not worried about it” What miserable, nasty service. It literally would have taken seconds to wrap the earrings. Why bother having tissue paper on the counter? How vile to be so snippy behind a customer’s back. I will never go into this branch of Tilly and Grace again.
