After viewing online we decided to call and purchase some tiles, we arrived and no-one bothered themselves to serve us. Someone did appear in the showroom after 10 minutes but walked past us . We decided to leave and on the way out we saw a lady behind her desk who then told us what we wanted wasn't actually for sale anymore!! Waste of time and crap out of date website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I'd seen these comments before I ordered from them, fortunately I'm only going to be slightly out of pocket unlike a lot of these comments.
We ordered 27 tiles and received 26 we reported this and asked them to send out another, to which after some persuasion they did. This tile was not for the same batch but we were happy to live with this. This tile arrived damaged, chip to the corner, we informed them and asked them to send another as a replacement. They said that they couldn't send a replacement until we send a picture of the damage and return the tile. We sent a picture and explained that in order to return the tile it would cost more than the tile was worth. They insisted that it was returned as it had intrinsic value. I thought this came under a 'defect' (as a chip is a damage defect) in their T & C's therefore I would get the cost of delivery back but I was told I would not be refunded for any delivery charge, although their T&C's don't state what is done for damage. I offered to pay the cost of the tile as I was still saving money but they insisted that they need it back before they would send any replacement. We are now in a no win situation.

SO IN SUMMARY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR AFTER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR DELIVERY, EVEN IF IT'S THEIR FAULT (E.G NOT FULFILLING THE ORDER), YOU AS THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OUT OF POCKET!

I wanted tiles that I couldn't get where I live, in Australia. These guys (specifically Matty), helped me get my dream tiles shipped to me in Perth. Matty always responded to my emails quickly and helped answer difficult customs questions. Overall, customer service superb and my tiles arrived without any damage. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I was miss sold tiles from this company. After spending weeks looking online, researching and paying for samples to be delivered. I was advised by the call handler several times that the tiles were from Italy so really good quality, however after purchasing a large quantity of tiles and after they were delivered to my horror on the box it indicate it was from China. I was lied to and mis-sold these products.
After calling back and speaking to a manager they were adamant it was still from Italy, even though it clearly stated it was from China.
By this time it was too late for me to purchase and look for new tiles due to my tight build schedule. The company were not sympathetic and would not offer me any form of discount or a good enough apology for all the lies I was given. There was no good will gesture and they didn’t even bother to call me back to apologise for their error.

Rubbish company, received a complete box of damaged tiles which they have refused to replace/exchange/refund me for.

There reasoning for this? "you did not check the tiles before signing for them"

1. I had ordered 20+ boxes of LARGE tiles, it would have taken me over two hours to check this, the courier will not wait this long.

2. they have a rule i.e small orders need to be signed for damaged, orders over 10m2, you'll need need to notify them withing 2 working days, orders over 20m2 withing 4 working days etc.

NONE of this is stated on their website or in there Terms and Conditions.

Also the lady on the phone just keeps repeating, "you've got enough for the job you don't need any more tiles" which is not the point, I should
receive the amount of tiles ordered, in satisfactory condition.

ordered natural slate tiles and wall tiles over £1000. Highly recommend this company has when i called i gave them the m2 of the area and they worked out how much adhesive and grout i would need , Sara-Louise was very helpful and friendly and she had alot of experience in natural stone products and she advised. The Delivery was on time and wrapped incredibly well and was no damages !. Thank you Tiles Porcelain and thankyou Sara-Louise
