I am really delighted and I cannot recommend this company highly enough! My wonderful new bathroom was designed and installed within 2 months of my first tentative enquiry. Rob came to my house and quickly worked out what I wanted / needed and then I chose everything from the very extensive showroom. (Very reasonable and competitive prices, I might add). Martin and Wayne then duly arrived and swept into action: the old fittings disappeared in record time, Martin worked out how all the new pipe work was going to need to be installed and everything began to appear as if by magic. I was incredibly impressed by how hard the two of them worked each day - and with a great deal of humour added to their skill and general determination to get it all “just right.” I am thrilled! Every time I go into my bathroom I feel as if I am stepping into a magazine article. It’s wonderful! A huge thank you.

Wayne and Martin completed my bathroom refurb yesterday and I’m so delighted with the end result. Their enthusiasm and can do attitude in completing the works was fantastic. They know what they are doing and show the same care and attention to detail as if they were doing this in their own home. They work very hard and are always considerate to the customer when completing the works. I will recommend them to everyone and be back when I’ve saved up for my next project. Gail helped me choose an accent tile and she was spot on with the choice . There are no pushy sales people here and they will do everything to make completing the job as easy as possible. I knew on my first visit and meeting Gail and receiving my quote a couple of days later that this was a company who could be trusted to achieve my dream bathroom. Over a two week Bathroom remodel they took time to make the best of complex problems and exceeded my expectations of what would be possible. They were absolutely brilliant today. I popped in as I was trying to match up a tile for our kitchen due to some alterations but the tile was no longer produced. However the wonderful lady said the lads had recently taken some tiles down from an old kitchen and rather than skip them must have know I was coming!!!! Took me over to where she had kept them and I had the 6 tiles I needed. So lovely and helpful. I was so happy. Made my day. If you need tiles or supplies please everyone go here. 5 STARS! 🙂

What a gem. They were so helpful the service was absolutely top notch. On top of that the showroom is really extensive and well laid out. There's so much choice and the prices are very reasonable. They even have loads of end of line tiles that were a real bargain.

I found my perfect floor the quality is amazing, no broken tiles when cutting at all and no broken in the box upon opening (which has been prolific at other large tile retailers).the team helped me put together everything I needed to get that perfect finish. Thankyou all! Next tiling job we know where to go ?

These guys have just done a fantastic job laying floor tiles in my granddaughter's dog grooming salon. From start to finish the service and advice has been excellent, and the quality of the work second to none. I really cannot recommend them highly enough!

First class service from start to finish. Knowledgeable staff with very competitive prices. Fitters Martyn, Adam and Wayne completed a beautiful job, paying attention to detail. Thanks so much, we are very pleased with our tiled shower room with Dura panels and the tiles in the hallway.

2022 and it all still looks beautiful. We were so pleased , we have now had Tile Trader fit another shower room. Again, Martyn and Ross completed a fantastic job and were very tidy and neat.
