Tile giant Chester what amazing service from Harvey who was so helpful the first time I went in, the second time I spoke to Sam … such helpful staff ! I will be returning to this place for more of my projects . Well done guys so nice to get fantastic service. 5 ⭐️ I also love my tiles and so much cheaper than most comparable.

We did a total of 4 bathrooms - tiled floors and walls.

The first and most calamitous issue came when the tile installer came to install the tiles for the main bathroom. We'd chosen a tile that was discontinued but we had enough for the bathroom and the extras needed for wastage during install.... unpacked the tiles and fully half of them were damaged and unusable. Installer was primed for install so we had to get replacements in ASAP - Tile Giant were not very helpful. We got a refund for the tiles. Not sure we got a refund on delivery because we couldn't get replacements from them (which they would have delivered FOC).

We were left scrambling to find in stock tiles - hard to fathom how so many broken and chipped tiles could have possibly been sent. Having worked in building supplies for 2+ decades I can tell you these tiles were NOT damaged in transit.

Over the course of many weeks the work was completed - at the end we had tiles left over. Boxed and in perfect condition. Tile Giant claimed they were beyond returnable time frame even though all the tiles in question are current range and in stock.

We've spent £1000's - had a good relationship with the shop manager and staff. But come time to look after us with a few returns, all of which were resalable, they totally screwed us.

I'd simply never buy from them again.

Nothing but great service from these guys @chester store. Very helpful & knew what they were talking about. Purchased these new tiles from them as we were the first to purchase. How made up we were by how they looked when put on the wall. So thought we would share our experience with you.

Make sure not to just place them as they come out the box

Tile giant is the best shop to by any thing regarding tiles adesive and all things you need for tiling I have been buying from this shop especially Warrington Chester omskert great service everyone in these shops know ricardo xx it’s a shame they moved from Warrington
