They don't know im local so I know what people say about how they treat people an the pricing an so far I have to agree with the bad review but I do have to say they have always been polite to me! Yes it is expensive an the range of products is terrible I honestly don't see where they make their money as there is nothing there I feel for some of the elderly or sick like myself as its the only shop in walking distance to this area!

apart from Linda, all of the staff are the most miserable unsociable people ever. they never make you feel welcome. it’s also common knowledge with the locals that the shop is overpriced.

Beautiful place to look around a small village right beside the river, very peaceful a few shops and a brilliant pub. You have the Mississippi river boat for day and evening trips.

Pulled up outside and didn't immediately walk in to shop. Owner walked up and swore at me, saying the public parking bay was meant for his customers only. Needless to say I drove to another space and shopped elsewhere in the village.

When we visit Horning as holiday makers part of the pleasure is going for my morning paper , just simply visiting the shop starts my day off right whoever is behind the counter . It is no surprise to me they won they deserve it and have earned the local honour , well done . Brian
