We needed a stairlift fitted urgently so that a family member could return home from respite care. I contacted this company on New Years day, Luke measured up the following day and Jake fitted it a week later. Charlie, Luke and Jake were so professional to deal with and all went so smoothly. I would rather deal with a family business as you get that personal touch from people who care. Along with a very good price and after service I am so pleased I did not look elsewhere and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a great experience with Think Stairlifts. They came to see the house within a couple of days of approaching them, immediate very reasonable quote and installation a few days later.

Really impressed with the service from Think Stairlifts, several other suppliers had said it wasn't possible to fit one on a narrow staircase but with some discussion a plan was developed, meaning my mother can now stay in her townhouse which is great for her.

Communication is excellent and the price was very reasonable, even with several short notice changes everything was accommodated with no issues.

Excellent, faultless service. Clear and concise details of the reconditioned stair lifts available to us. Straightforward (reasonable ) price details -no sales pitch, just a caring young man who, listened to our needs.
The seat was available within days and fitted in less than an hour, with a change of colour to the seat (he remembered our colour preference). Luke even fitted a grab rail at the top of the stairs to aid getting up from the seat. Above and beyond!
No mess, clear instructions and a promise of good after sales service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Charlie was polite and helpful when enquiring and making the initial appointment for a quote. When Luke turned up he was very pleasant and respectful of my property. He talked me through all my options of stairlifts available for my staircase and was very thorough and stated he could also install a grab rail at the top of my staircase for extra help. Installation was quick (under 1hr and the week after quotation) and once again, Luke was very thorough when explaining how to operate the stairlift.
