I had a fabulous facial thanks to Louise. She had recommended the best one for me and I loved it. She is a lovely mixture of chatty when appropriate and quiet when I need to relax. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

This was my first experience at The Willows and Julie was amazing. I am having some health issues that mean I struggle to sit comfortably but Julie took great care during my pedicure to ensure I was comfortable and ok throughout and my feet now feel amazing! Julie is a credit to the Willows. I will most certainly be a regular customer now. Thanks again to Julie and the girls at The Willows for being so friendly and accommodating.

She has a natural talent for finding and easing tension, and her calm, professional manner always makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed, and rebalanced. It was my first time ever having a massage and I went all out and booked a full body. Julie was extremely professional, lovely and really attentive. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.
I was asked if I had any problem areas and Julie focused on those parts of my body.
