Popped in for a quick drink but unfortunately it was a bit of a miss for us on this occasion, my brownie was a bit hard but it was towarsa the end of the end and the peach tea my bf had was flavourless (he's too polite to say it at the time but im sure they would have sorted it). However, the vibe was lovely, the service was good, and the main menu food smelled amazing. I would definitely go back and try it again. Really good customer service as well. One of the servers had cleared away a gentlemens coffee before he had finished as he was outside, and then they made him a fresh one to compensate and apologised. It was very clean, and several gluten-free cakes avaliable too. Looks like lots of community events as well.

At this moment, my favourite place in Hinckley, place looks amazing. My espresso was strong and aromatic, and a cake was a piece of heaven 👌🏽😋

Visited today and have been previously with friends.
Service was great and drinks/food comes very well presented. Only had a drink today, but food is also delicious.
Slightly disappointed that I only found out about the loyalty scheme today when I've been going for a while, anyway started one today, not sure how long its has been in place.
I find it tricky to enter with a pram as both doors need to be open. Wish they were automatic as entering and leaving on a steep incline can be hard with a baby.
Overall, I do love it here and will be back with my loyalty card x

Absolutely brilliant! Go and visit.
Popped in on a Friday morning, between us we had the vegan chocolate orange cake, green tea, plain croissant and an espresso. The green tea was made with tea leaves and not a bag which was great and the chocolate cake was phenomenal.

Staff were friendly and attentive, food was great, drinks excellent.
Lovely atmosphere.
Will definitely be back, great job!

I visited this morning and was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel welcome. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and was getting quite flustered with myself, so the lady who was serving me asked if I had looked at their "Fall drinks" menu. I decided on getting the toasted chai latte from that menu, and I'm so glad that I did, it was absolutely delicious. The two members of staff were lovely and provided a great service. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I have been a regular at the Wild Lotus since they opened and now go in most weekday mornings - I’ve only ever had cappuccino in there as I’m a real creature of habit but their coffee is divine. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the decor is beautiful and relaxing. Oh and they’re dog friendly. Perfect!
