It's a small museum and one of the only two places to see a running trolley bus on thing while island. The ride is amazing, feels different than on a diesel bus. There's always at least one running bus on the day. And they display more to see. They have a cinema with with a video on how the unique buses work. Unlike some other museums, people here are very passionate and happy to talk about the buses and explain anything you need to know about them. Highly recommend. Hard to find a place like this one.

Fab place if you’re interested in this rather unique mode of public transportation! Great too was the exhibition, toy and cycle museum! Lovely rides on an ex London, Huddersfield and Manchester trolleys. Made very welcome from start to finish. Cracking tea shop and amazingly stocked shop which had everything!
Hope to come again soon!

Having a transport mad 4 year old means we have been going for a few years. The volunteers are always lovely and the cafe is great for a snack. Would recommend if you love history/transport or for their open weekends such as the 1940s weekend which was great

One of the best days out you could possibly have, absolutely brilliant place that was just so different. The volunteers really added to the experience and their passion came across really well. Something for the whole family to enjoy from young to old and the cafe was very well priced and the cakes were superb. A unique place to visit, highlights for us was the local village Bus Ride, pre fabricated bungalow and the vintage shops. Trolley Bus rides, obviously, were very good. Hopefully will return later in the season. Wish this place all the best.

Great time spent here. It's interesting to wander round and look at the trolley buses. Staff are very friendly and informative. Lots of rides to be had round the short track. There is also a bus tour available round the local villages.

Food and drink very tasty and at a great price.

Free parking and you can also return for 12 months on the same entry ticket.
