I am sure most of the positive reviews on this are fake. I ordered an item on the 8th Jan, it still hasn’t arrived… Estimated arrival is now two weeks post my original delivery date! I have received 3 different delivery dates since my purchase!!! And we are now approaching 4 weeks since my purchase. Honestly, it’s disgusting, ill most definitely spend the extra £30-£40 next time I buy something. I’d order ice from the North Pole and it’d come sooner.

Ordered WWE 2K19 (PS4) from this retailer through Amazon (popitinthepost) but they sent me the XBox One version. I returned the game three months ago and have still not received a refund nor have they responded to any of my mails through Amazon. Will not be purchasing any items from this seller in the future.

Avoid at all costs. Annoyed i actually have to give them 1 star. Wrote email requesting return as they sent a child's item instead of adults item despite waiting weeks beyond the said delivery date. When finally got through to a chat bot they tell me i got to send them 5 photos to the email address that they will not respond to via previous emails. Will never order from again. Worst experience ever.

This guy gets a 98 % customer satisfaction rating with Aamazon, amazing. On here his score is much more realistic. Bought a CD through Amazon with ths guy, (300% more expensive than another disc of the same type bought at the same time) I had reason to send my cd back to him, used his postage label, bought the stamp and label electronically through online Post Office, and then he says has has not had the cd returned !!!! Dubious to say the least

I've bought a ton of second hand DVDs here and a ps3, and have no complaints. The staff are very friendly and helpful particularly the owner and the younger guy. DVDs are only a quid, you can't go wrong.

I love trade in you can get amazing games at amazing price even if you don’t like games on disc it’s worth it for the price I highly recommend it if you like games and still want money did I mention they sell consoles phones computers/ laptops like I said I highly recommended for a great games at an even better price
