What a magical shop and product - the Original flavour is excellent and subtle, I got Garlic one as well which is sublime

Ps Adam Holloway you are a berk, what a vitriolic stupid review - in every decent restaurant on Earth the chefs handle food with clean bare hands as gloves ruin your sense of touch and create danger with red hot pans everywhere (plank) - plus there is NOTHING wrong with good local Sussex cattle, its a fantastic breed

First time tried this local shop ,produced and sold locally .

Awsome biltong. Grabbed a load of chilli bites and smashed the lot in about 10 mins! Brilliant taste and perfect balance of spices. Will be picking up a big order for a party im having soon!

Low quality meat.

Unpleasant aftertaste.

Unhygienic - meat constantly handled by hand, with hands wiped on apron.

I was so happy to find this shop in Uckfield, but without being mean, this is probably the worst biltong I've ever had.
