Thank you so much Zoe, she was like a shop assistant you want to deal with. Zoe went above the normal service when I couldn’t find a specific glue gun that was supposed to be in stock. She checked everywhere then found them in the store room. Well done excellent customer service, a rarity these days.

The Range is one of the last remaining places that keep a good stock of household, garden and craft supplies. Keep using it folks rather than ordering on line.

I needed some new plant pots for my fast growing plants and this was the best place for that for me. It has loads of other stuff too but deffo a good price on the plant pots. Really easy to get to and very nice and big car park. The staff are very helpful and quick at getting you through the tills.

This is a fabulous place for walking around and shopping for all your little Knick-Knack's, they do have some amazing stuff but you have to be prepared to shop for at least 2 till 3 hrs if you really want a good look round. And it's Amazing the stuff they have and the prices are just fantastic, so if you want to spend the time away go to the Range it's a must, I go there at least once a week I just love ❤️ it..

I enquired about a product which they did not have in stock and two weeks later they rang me up to let me know that they now had it back in store and reserved it behind the counter. Brilliant service considering it was a manual process of writing my name and number down on a bit of paper for them to check.

I’m so glad the range is now dog friendly. But maybe have a chat with your staff about asking to stroke a dog before touching them. I popped in yesterday with my parents and my young puppy, he’s only had 1 vaccine so he was carried in my arms. One of the staff member made a bee line for my puppy and went to take him out of my arms without even talking to me or asking! Then was touching him without talking to me, I tried to turn away/ take a step back and she was just stood there stroking him. My mum tried to say that we don’t let strangers hold him as he’s not fully vaccination and the staff member replied ‘I didn’t want to put him down, I just wanted a cuddle’. She should have asked. Made me really uncomfortable. Such a shame as I love the range and love the idea of bringing along my puppy too.

Terrible all day breakfast! It arrived quickly but was cold. We took it back and they did us a fresh one. Sadly, the eggs weren't cooked and we're all gloopy, the bacon was like cardboard and the sausages are just awful cheap sausages. The only plus was that the staff were friendly and helpful even when re-doing our meals. Definitely a place to avoid. Won't be going again.
