The store is nice and well stocked but badly low in staff. I waited 25 minutes to collect my online order despite no one was ahead of me in the queue. I thought click and collect would have been quick, but I think now would be better to buy in store and pay at self scan.

Today at 17:10 I went to buy a table cloth at the range Oldham I have very very bad experience at till. At the till there were 2 girls 1 was serving and other bought something and already paid both girls were range employees. They have been talking for ages after waiting at least 10 mins. I requested please serve me but she refused. At last I decided to leave without shopping and I left when I was leaving they started laughing at me. I am not going to this store ever again.
Suggestion The Range should employ some professional staff

Disappointing click and collect experience.
Onoy certain staff could do the collect service, so .they put out over the speaker for somebody to attend and 15 minutes later still waiting .love the store but won't do click and collect again

Bought pillows that ended up being the wrong colour and did not match the scheme I wanted. Bought them back to the branch to return them, blonde manager and a man named David were extremely rude and made racially motivated comments. They would not return the pillow due to a loose thread and stated that the pillow smelt like curry. Bought further pillows and upon check out showed that they also have loose threads and a man called David just started to cut them and said the pillows were fine. I could have also cut the loose thread to return the pillow I had? A genuine warning to others. Really reconsider shopping here as if you need to return something the staff and manager are rude and will find an excuse not to process the return

Visited the chadderton store yesterday with a lady in a wheelchair ...I found it extremely difficult getting around the store as there was stock piled in the Isles, had to leave the store as the lady was getting stressed out that we kept catching things with the wheelchair
..will not be fetching her again

Walks in with my son and soon as walked in the feller on till asked me "were your parents" so I said " what mate, I'm 34" (bare in mind I had my 9 year old son with me) then he replies "oh sorry mate" never been ID in my life to walk in a range shop EVER!!, if you want get ID for walk in shop (normal shop) come in this shop... the feller on the till will give you once over before entering... he lucky I didn't ask for the manager.
Absolute disgrace of a range, ID people when they walk in... DISGRACE!!!
