Staff on the till are rude. They don't mean to be, but clearly haven't had the most basic training. When serving a customer, you should STOP social chit-chat with your colleagues, not continue it. If you want your customers to feel that they're a nuisance at The Range, then keep it up!

Seems a little chaotic in here. I know its called the Range by name but didnt quite expect products to strewn everywhere including rugs resting on the floor of the aisles not in the rack. There seem to boxes everywhere and someone must be having a joke with the deflated hot tubs. The same guinea pig food is about 3.70 at Home Bargains. To finish, I think I was barely noticed by the the girl at the till who continued her conversation with a colleague about something as equally pointless as visiting this store.

Always a good visit! Really feels like a jumble sale with really random things next to everyday staples but never did I ever think I'd see Iceland stock in there, it just added to the randomness 😂

love the variety of products sold here! absolutely in awe of the autumnal/christmas decorations which appear around late August each year, all are great additions to the house. honestly, anything you can think of will most likely be sold here, even a garden centre is attached which provides a great range of plants & flowers, all of whom are well looked after!

Avoid, ordered item in store, and they sent wrong item.They dont want to know when you try to solve the problem by returning.They become invisible, the store fobs you off with, it comes direct, even though you paid in store, no answers to chat help, no answer from store manager.and their returns policy 14 days
This is the first and last time I buy anything off them, furniture wise.
3wks for them to reply, then I am told I ordered it wrong, even though the store ordered it.
So finaly got them to collect it, at my cost,on an arranged day,then I'm informed the courier says its incorrectly packaged, even though no one came to my house and I was at home waiting, looking out for the courier..

Beautiful ranges and many different styles to fit everyone'stastes. Great prices and some amazing finds. The store is so big its easy to get lost when you're distracted by all of the beautiful quirky finds.
