The range itself was good! Stopped for a coffee and cake! 2 week later recieved a parking fine for overstaying! Shame really I will probably think twice about that retail park now!

Visited yesterday, shop is great but cafe, what has happened, used to be a nice place to pop in for a coffee & snack.
Yesterday we arrived 14:30, mum thought she would have lasagne, I went to order and was snapped at “not serving meals as I want to clean up at 15:00”. Can I just point out cafe closes at 16:00.
By 15:30 all sandwiches had been removed just in case anyone wanted to buy one.
Customer service absolutely dreadful.
Used to be a reasonably busy cafe, not yesterday, not hard to realise why

There's an incredible amount of choice here, everything from furniture, home garden, arts and crafts and a whole lot more.
Christmas stock is already arriving!
Friendly staff.
Well worth a walk around.

Bought a soft toy for our little dog today.
It's construction is absolutely terrible - the toy was destroyed within 5 minutes.
This is the first toy he's managed to destroy in 5 years, so it must be poor quality - won't buy any more for him from The Range

I was sent out by my wife to get bubble wrap.l assumed that the price in the range would be competitive. I was wrong ,twice as much for a large parcel role as other retailers. Rip off.

Oh dear -the facilities...
The hygiene sheet had not been signed for 6 days, and the gents was in need.
Customers should not have to do some cleaning to be able to use the toilets!
