Lucky to get 1* went for click & collect got email stating ready for collection They couldn’t find my order which is fine this happens but 2 assistant managers came (Lisa& Tania) bury branch after being stood there for half an hour the older manager totally ignored me after bringing wrong item out & the younger assistant manager totally rude & said we must of sold it as was now out of stock asked if they could check another branch if in stock basically said no you do it. Both these managers needs to be retrained in customer service. No wonder click & collect items going missing as labels printed near printer but no parcels there to put them on! I drove to Bolton branch & they were brilliant lovely helpful staff

Great shop. It has a ground floor, first floor and second floor. Accessible via lifts and escalators. There are 2 entrances to this range. There are also toilets on the first floor and a cafe situated on the second floor at reasonable prices. Good choice of things to buy. However, there isn't a massive bedding section. They also have a furniture part with tables, sofas chairs etc. Good garden selection, and they also do a show room section for kitchen/units with a designer.

Love the diversity of this shop. Location near car park and shops is excellent. Any items I have bought have been great quality and prices are reasonable
However, this is a big store and the tills on the top floor are never open or staffed so you have to travel down 2 floors to get to the tills, which there is always a huge queue at. Not sure why they don't ease this and open the tills!

Better than most of the ranges but still lots of room for improvement. Following on from a common theme at the range, lots of items with no prices on them and no crystal balls for sale to give you a clue. An item shown on display could not be found on the shelf and on the 2nd visit I spent around 5 minutes trying to find a member of staff who seem to be in short supply to ask and when I eventually did she didn’t have a clue what was going on with item so I gave up. Huge waste of money having so many tills installed when you are happy to only ever have 2 open and a queue halfway around the store. Not sure about the DJ in the booth either, doesn’t play any music and looks like a security guard.

Well stocked, clean store. The two stars deducted are that frequently things aren't priced, there are barely any staff to assist on the shop floor and only 1 or 2 checkouts meaning you have to wait ages in the queue. The staff who are available are usually friendly and helpful. The toilets aren't always clean and sometimes not open. The cafe in store is clean and serves lovely coffee, the only food we've had is tea cakes or cakes so can't review the food.

Took two items to check out both prices were rang through incorrect. Shelf end label was wrong one one item the other was on offer but this was put through till incorrect. Manager told us to go back to till and put it through again this time the offer price came up. Not an happy experience and other customers would be put through the same experience because they did not correct the prices on the shelf . No regard or respect for customers

The worst Range in the area. So many products either with the wrong price ticket or no tickets at all. You'd have more luck winning the lottery than finding a member of staff. As all the managers were in a meeting no-one was really able to help. If you want to know the price of something you have to queue up at the till to find out. Waste of time, don't bother.
