Visited this store and noticed it was very messy and the price tags on products were not placed correctly and staff very laid back. The shop needs a good turn around and cleanup which would improve the customer shopping experience.

Was standing in the line waiting to pay with over 100 pounds of shopping in my trolley. 10 minutes in the line with one staff member struggling on the tills on a busy Sunday is not something i see in many stores. I kept my patience and went to the checkout and the poor cashier was under pressure.

Would be nice if you have more staff on the tills to minimise the waiting time to checkout. I will change the review based on my next experience at this store.

I like the great selection of merchandise here always so fun to come here, the art and craft selection particularly is my favourite and much better than Hobbycraft.
The customer service is good, though one occasion I think the person at customer service was telling me off for wanting to exchange an item after looking around the shop. It wasn’t clear to me that was a rule, as it isn’t elsewhere. I wanted to pick up the item I wanted to exchange before going customer service…

But otherwise never had troubles here; maybe just unhappy/stressed employees but unlikely their fault just their environment.

Looking to order 2 prints online - both had the same order number and The Range advise that either of the 2 could be delivered, no chance of saying which you want?

On asking online for help, went round in circles for 30 mins, no clearer on how to order what I wanted.

Had to travel to a branch 15miles away to get what I wanted in person.

Total shambles!

I love the range but I found that staff always make me feel uncomfortable and like I shouldn’t be there. When I’ve asked for a price check because the ticket and till were showing very different prices and wanted to find what price was correct she didn’t want to and said the till is never wrong, turns out it was and she then acted strange for the rest of the transaction
