Really good venue for gigs, floor is sloped so everyone should be able to see stage easily. Good bar with a wide choice of drinks. Could recommend and will be going back

What a hidden gem of a venue!! A great size, beautiful old architecture and the 2 different leveled balconies gave a superb view of the stage for Lucy Spraggan's show. Would love to come back here again!!

Cracking little venue right in the centre of town. I was right at the front and the sound quality was very good. Unusually for this kind of venue, there was plenty of seating.
Loved the cups people were getting for their beers! I got a water and nice to be able to actually keep the lid with a bottled drink.

If Carlsberg made venues... Probably the best venue nobody has ever heard of! (If that makes sense). We live halfway between Manchester and Holmfirth - it takes over an hour to drive into Manchester (not to mention the dick dance it takes to park up) and around 25 minutes to Holmfirth...no brainer. We've seen Y&T here many times over the years, along with The Dead Daisies, Dare, The Darkness, Massive Wagons to name but a few, they also have first rate tribute bands on, too. Easy to book online, friendly staff. What's not to like? Keep on Rockin' in the Free World
