Amazing customer service, quick response to email when i couldn’t find what I was looking for on the website.

Absolutely fantastic service from The Picture Gallery and Framing Centre. Joy is a star, she did me multiple mock ups showing different colours, fonts, styles etc.
She replied quickly and was so helpful in every aspect of creating this frame.

I've used this business several times for printing and framing computer images. Service is efficient and quick. I go to Bedford to pick them up. Staff are rather brusque, though. And today I was just handed a picture; it was raining and there was bubble wrap on one side only. No question of offering any protection.

Do not usually review...
Printed £30 worth of photos on large machine, which the staff put into an envelope for me. When i got home, all of them had lines across and were poor qaulity. Returned to store the next day, staff attempted to re-print, same issue. Attempted to print via instant machine, same issue- very poor quality prints. Had to allow staff to clean machines and change inks, so left my number and received a call a day later saying now ready. Went to collect and was asked to pay for the additional £6 of photos that i printed on the 2nd attempt instant machine. Felt perhaps they should have given the additional photos as goodwill as due to their poor quality printing, i had to drive across town an additional two times in order to get my original order sorted. I said as such to staff and they replied "this is just standard". Standard poor service?

I have many more photos and a canvas to print, but now hesitate to use the company again due to the sheer amount of time i have spent this week just trying to print photos.
