I just went to several perfume counters through the Mall at Cribbs Causeway but wanted to recognise the wonderful help and services from Linda in the Perfume Shop. She was so extremely helpful to me and my 15year old daughter. No pushy sales very patient and kind. Really nice experience that needed to be shared!

I went to get a travelo this morning and was greeted by the nicest lady. She was happy and smiley. I went around to the other perfume shops with no joy and all staff seemed unhelpful so I decided to return to The Perfume shop where I was greeted again by the same lady. She was so nice and so helpful with my purchases. Honestly keep hold of this woman because she is a gem and a great asset to your store. I wish I had asked her name at the time, she was in your store working alone on the morning of 9/9/24 it's so refreshing to have been served by someone in retail who gives such excellent customer service, I will be returning 100% 😀

Ordered for click and collect but didn't receive the email so i went in store and asked, was greeted by Rohan who managed to sort my order straight away, he was extremely helpful and very friendly, while i was there a lady who i believe was called carys came over and was also very friendly, these two are a credit to your company!

Did a lot of shopping at Cribbs today and every interaction was swift, efficient, forgettable, except at The Perfume Shop. Tori the Store Manager was amazing, effortlessly handled my family and other customers simultaneously, was engaging and managed to give a personal touch. My only regret was not asking Tori whether she was looking for another job as if she had an interest in IT I would have tried to recruit her for the vacancies in my team.
