I was very pleased with our local Factory shop in Chard.
More so because I didn't know it was there until this morning.
I been to the one in Seaton a couple of times.

Shame there were no trolleys only 4 for the whole store, limited our shopping as we had nothing to walk around with both disabled so not convenient with hand basket, could only see 2 in use so two missing!!!!! Perhaps 6 more trolleys might be good.no doubt staff were using them to move stock,!!!

Staff still very happy, friendly and helpful. Sadly didn't have kiddies Elf slippers to fit my beautiful 10 year old granddaughter. Sooo sad?
