I just like everything . The big comfortable bedroom with a comfy beds The huge tv lounge. . The lavish shower room with high quality smellies. Superb breakfast in a lovely room. Mine hosts are great fun and are most generous with their help and support.

Mandi and Ivan are wonderful, attentive hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The house is exquisitely decorated and we loved the bookish theme, we were in "Bronte" room, which was stylish, comfy and clean. The bathroom was luxuriously equipped with lovely bath goodies. Beautiful garden with different seating areas and pretty lights in the evening. The location was great for us, we went for the Watchet festival and walking on the Quantock Hills and visiting Porlock area. It's very central for a lot of attractions. The choice of breakfast was amazing and perfectly cooked and presented. Highly recommended.

Mandi and Ivan made us feel very welcome. The bedroom and sitting room were comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful house and garden and conveniently placed for lovely walks. And a great breakfast! Thanks for a great stay.

We have just returned from our weekend stay at The old Bookshop , of course still missing Ivan's unlimited serving of the fantastic Tea. The B &B is a cosy tastefully decorated little cottage . very homely and comfortable .The towels and robes are an additional plus plus and the provision of toiletries are a bonus. The bed linen and pillows are comfortable .We enjoyed talking to them and they guided us to the local sights to visit including the beautiful Porlock and the candlelight festival .||The table setting was so proper and the breakfast cooked to as desired .||Overall Mandy and Ivan are excellent hosts looking after the guests to the fullest .

This 400 year old building, which actually used to be a bookshop, is full of charm and character, but also offers all the home comforts you could wish for. Clean comfortable rooms to sleep in upstairs and both inside and outside areas to relax in downstairs. |The welcome and hospitality from the owners was impeccable..from a welcome pot of tea..and scone upon arrival..to delivering your breakfast from a vast choice in the morning.. not to mention suggesting places to visit whilst down there. |Completely enjoyed our visit and would absolutely book here again if we are in that area.

Mandi and Ivan went out of their way to make our stay special in what are difficult times for myself and my wife. The room was lovely and always clean and tidy, just what we wanted for our short stay with them.||The breakfast was really good and the breakfast menu was excellent.||Mandi in particular was always there to help us when we needed her.
