I've been to the shop and got some great things. So for Xmas I purchased a few presents. Arrived quickly and on time. Sadly one thing was broken in transit but Julian has been amazing at sorting this out. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend!

The Man Cave in Broadway.
This is a must see shop and attraction. You will not regret a visit to this extraordinary establishment.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jay and his family on my visit. We spoke briefly, and he was proud to tell me that this amazing place was a family run business and that all hands were on deck that day.
It was a pleasure to hear and feel the passion and love for this venture, and it shows.
As you wander around the 3 floors of eye catching and curious items and collectables, you just feel the smile on your face grow, the warm fuzzy feeling well up inside the child beneath, and the outwardly excited you just embarrass yourself with your antics for quite some time. Hehehe.
You will of course leave with a purchase because you're guaranteed to find something you want.

I had a terrible experience with Julian the owner of this shop he was very rude to me a few days ago. His approach was very aggressive and not very nice at all. I had permission from a member of staff to use the toilet which is behind an unlocked door in the changing room as I went to go into the door he came over to me in a very aggressive manner which was totally unnecessary. I left feedback on Facebook to which he replied to again in a very unprofessional manner which I was very surprised by. So unfortunately I would not recommend this shop to anybody reading this and to all of my social followers. He accused me of sneaking around the shop when I was just looking around. I've purchased many items from here before and know Julian from previous visits.
An apology would have put a halt to any upset but he continues to throw insults at me so he doesn't deserve to have the business. A very rude and obnoxious individual.

There are flaws in a lot of what you have said and I could continue to fight but what it comes down to is that I'm a customer and I was treated badly, you can't and won't admit any fault in this but as I said I had a very bad experience in this shop which left me terribly shook up but thank you ever so much for taking the time to explain what you think happened. I unfortunately know a lot of people and will never recommend this place to anybody which is a shame as I quite enjoyed having a browse around once in a while. It's just unfortunate that Julian didn't have very good people skills on this particular day. As I mentioned previously I knew Julian from looking as at car he had to sell once so he should have been familiar with me.
I came into that shop as I remember there being a toilet in the changing room which you have clearly stated was private but not locked I was browsing the shop as I have done many times before and after joking with the staff downstairs I decided on a purchase and thought I would see if I could use the toilet. I did react to Julian's approach as he can't across aggressive so I got my back up which I am sorry and embarrassed about nevertheless back to my original point I'm a customer and you have a duty of care to make sure we are not treated in this way by anybody especially the owner of the shop it's very embarrassing.
I would like to know who sent this reply please and I will be looking into who 'the director' is.

We visited this shop on our travels through the UK. It was a really cool place. We purchased what we thought was a new item in box. When we arrived home the box (which was totally undamaged) contained not a new item but a used item that had scratches and dents and chips. When we contacted the shop they said the luggage handlers must have damaged it. Not sure how it was damaged inside a pristine box! They refused to make it right. We are extremely disappointed and obviously they took advantage of the fact that we can't return the item overseas. Shady! Be sure to check when they "show" you the item in the box. They showed us a tiny corner and we trusted them that it was new.

Every man’s dream ! I have seen a few places like this & never done a review but this place today took my breath away I wanted to live there ha ha ! Two floors of fantastic space celebrating being a man ha ha ! Truly a must visit & buy something for your man cave at home ! Broadway Cotswolds enjoy the pictures! Next time I will visit the 3rd floor !

A great display of engineered craftsmanship. You will see a lot of different items made out of car engine parts, plumbing pipes, chains, gears etc. Make sure you see all 3 floors!
