I had a Brazilian wax today with Nicole and I had to bring my baby with me last minute. Nicole was so accommodating and kind. Wax was completed so quickly and hardly any pain. Would highly recommend!

TIME WASTERS!! Made this appointment a month ago. Paid for a taxi, arranging my morning gym workout and my diary around getting there on time. Told promptly, they can’t do my treatment as I have not had a patch test prior. Would you not check all of the details with your customer at time of taking the appointment? Very disappointed, I will not be returning.

It seems you have a more basic problem than just booking in clients and checking that things have been done correctly, taking phone numbers down correctly... Wow just wow, Millie is amazing! Having recently moved back from London I wanted to find a local eyelash technician that specialised in classic lashes. After a quick Google search I found The Luxury Gap which is conveniently located down the road from me and booked myself in with Millie. Having had eyelashes done in the past by previous technicians, Millie has already, after three sessions, figured out my natural lash pattern and the curl pattern that I want. Previous eyelash technicians have advertised classic single lashes but ended up putting clusters and using a lot of glue that ended up clumped together, not with Millie 😍 the glue is basically undetectable and the singles are actually SINGLES, AMAZING. Highly recommended!! Don't walk, run.
