One of the best shopping centres I have attended and recommend visiting. I come from miles just to shop there. Many shops, cafes and restaurants and there's an option of leaving your little children in their nursery insidenthe shopping centre , whilst you do your shopping, the experience staff in the staff will look after your children whilst you shop around the area till your hearts content. Its Free parking on a Sunday.

Nice place to visit , so many choices for shopping and eat. Halal food is widely available, kids friendly. Will recommend for family with young kids. Parking is free on Sundays.

Love Romford, it's people and this shopping centre, situated just in the centre of Romford. It is 5 minutes walk from Romford railway station and many buses run nearby. Though at the moment there is no wheelchair accessible entrance, but that might be improved by the soon coming modernisation. All shops, coffees and resting places are on the Ground floor. No playground for children, but now there is exhibition of extinct prehistoric animals in their full-size and moving several parts of their bodies. Quite impressive for grown-ups, too!
There are also toilets and adjoining big car park.
Please, come, shop at your favourite shops, have light snacks at cafees and tea-points, while relaxing and enjoying your time!

Very nice place to shop. Bright and cheerful and plenty of variety. Also surouding area in Romford have a good Sainsburys and Asda near by as well as the open market.

Brilliant shopping centre - you have everything you need here and have some great big retail names such as JD, Next, M&S, Primark, Pandora and many more. The owners of the centre are clearly investing in the shopping centre and have upgraded the car park massively as well as investing in the entrances. Excellent shopping experience with some great shops and all very convenient with the multi-storey car park with cheap parking. 100% worth the visit!!

I was attacked, nearly hit by a man whilst being out with my baby. There wasn’t any security around, had to go into a shop and then they came out. I was standing outside a store whilst this happened and security wasn’t called. It could have went really bad if bystanders didn’t help but now I am most definitely never going back and scared to go back as nothing was done. I complained and also sent an email but they didn’t even respond or do anything about it.
