The staff were great, flexible when we had to move our stay, welcoming when we arrived. The room was lovely, good size, comfy bed etc. A free drink in the bar was a lovely surprise. Breakfast at Byfords was excellent. A lovely night away for our anniversary.

Great manager & staff - very welcoming & helpful.||Excellent room - really large & spacious- like a mini apartment! . Very comfortable bed, all very clean & great facilities. ||Lovely touches like biscuits/ tea & coffee making facilities- even chocolates! Also great breakfast included at Byfords.||Fantastic value for money too & location was great - right in the centre if Holt.||Already booking for next year.! ||Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Really friendly pub. Staff overheard me mention it was my birthday and insisted I didn't pay for my drink or my wife's. I was driving, so was never having a second drink. A really nice gesture and much appreciated

Riding the #Rebellion Way and Kings Head is on the route. Beautiful room (only 3) in old pub. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Excellent resatuarant doing wholesome food for hungry cyclists. Secure location for bikes overnight. | All the staff were very engaging and Tom the manager could not do enough for us. Complimentary breakfast at Byfords the following morning, which is worthy of a review itself. Had a great stay and set up well for the days' cycling ahead. Thoroughly recommend.

My wife and I were on holiday in the area and called into the Kings head Wroxham for dinner on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. Perfect town centre location with a huge beer garden which backs on to the river. Free car park. Dog friendly. Large pub run by a chain. We found the seating comfortable. Order and pay for food at the bar (personally, I do not like this system. I prefer meal first pay after, but it is not a criticism) Huge TV screens in the bars, (luckily ours wasn't switched on so we had a quite space). Waitress service was excellent, food was well cooked and tasty, prices were very reasonable.

Stoped off for dinner. They have a nice restaurant attached and the service was good. The food was Ok to good for British pub grub with a good selection that would suit vegetarians and vegans. We did not go into the pub area but it looked good and seemed to be busy, while the restaurant was quiet in mid-week on the off-season.

A group of 5 of us stayed at the Kings head while on a cycling tour, the rooms were absolutely spotless and really nicely set out with plenty of room and good quality furnishings. Aside from the hotel itself, all of the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful, they bent over backwards to ensure we had a good stay, one of the best groups of staff I’ve come across in a hotel. All of our group who stayed are talking about returning with their families in the future because we were so impressed!
