We bought from here 20 years ago and it all looks as good as the day we bought it the few plants have matured nicely. Took photos and dimensions of the area we wanted to make into a Japanese garden. We bought some lovely large stones which they arranged and photographed to show us how best to arrange. The granite gravel was a good investment ...worth the extra money as has never gone green. Highly recommend. Great service and advice.

Great communication, efficient and friendly customer service from placing the order through to delivery. Only thing stoping this being 5 stars is the 3rd party delivery company - for bulk deliveries they are pretty limited in what they can do - make sure you speak to someone before placing your order to ensure you can get it delivered where you want it. However despite that based on my experience I would definitely order smaller items from the Japanese Garden Centre again 🙂

Had my 3 items delivered from the Japanese garden centre today ( 2 lanterns 1 bowl ) , really happy with the service from start to finish , helpful and professional staff sorted my order , the courier used was also very impressive ( difficult delivery issues ) but coped admirably and skilfully. Altogether a great experience, many thanks to all involved ,can’t recommend highly enough.

Ordered Kaliwatu water basin and water spout. Received within 2 days 🙂 The owners were kind enough to send us the pictures of available Kaliwatu basin and reserve one for us.
