I ordered some Paramo items from the Gorge Outdoors, they were dispatched quickly but unfortunately there were some issues concerning their delivery. I contacted the store and Dave very quickly resolved the matter. Excellent response and customer service (unlike FedEx).

I ordered a fleece online from this shop (their price was the cheapest I could find online) and within minutes of placing the order I received a phone call me advising me that my chosen colour was out of stock. I was able to give them an alternative colour choice and the fleece arrived the next day. Very happy with this level of customer service ?

Many outdoor sport retail shops they sell brands but not quality but in this one they sell both. Also my favourite brand which makes the difference over the standard ones...Páramo, best quality ever!! I also had a little issue and Dave sort it out very efficently. So if you’re an outdoor profesional looking for good quality that’s the place to go.

Popped in today after looking for stockists of Paramo outdoor jackets and was not disappointed! I had a really excellent experience and helpful service. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was after but the owner was brilliant in helping me make an informed decision and fully looked after me.
I will need some more kit in the future and will definitely be coming back here. I think it’s important to support local businesses and this is a definite favourite of mine.

Brilliant service and products
I bought a Paramo Ostro jacket from The Gorge Outdoors recently. Ordered Saturday afternoon, arrived Tuesday morning. Great product but I needed the next size up. Posted the jacket back on the Wednesday after contacting The Gorge and had the larger jacket with me on Friday ready to use over the weekend. Brilliant service, thank you

I couldn't find the right size of specific waterproof glove for coastal and general hiking, in the quality-end high-street stores. Gorge Outdoors had all sizes in stock and they arrived very quickly for use this weekend. Recommend and will drop into the store when I am next in Somerset. Bravo!

I saw a pair of Rab shorts on line, called the shop as I was visiting Cheddar Gorge a few days later, and they was happy to hold the shorts for me, when I got to the store I was offered the chance to try on the item before paying for them, I then went back the next day and bought a pair of Montane trousers after receiving good advise from the man in the store. Great store with good stock, I will be checking the website next time.
