Bought a nice fragrance, but don't like being lied to. Wanted Sauvage and was told it wasn't anywhere in Ashton as they "weren't allowed to stock it." Went to Boots: they sell it all. ?

My experience in store when ordering the £12 subscription was lovely. The sales person was friendly and helpful. The customer service I received days later through email was appalling. They must have taken my email down wrong because I received no correspondence and my order hadn't arrived. Apparently it had been delivered to a neighbour, as I had no emails from them I had no idea it was even coming! They then suggested I search for it myself after proving I didn't live at the pictured address. Now I haven't got my order I'm £12 down and completely against ever shopping there again, I suggest if you do make sure your sorted in store cause you don't wanna have to speak to their "customer service" team!

I wasn’t even a customer at the fragrance shop, I just needed a sign saying out of order for the cash machine located next to the shop and a young girl named lianne was amazing and couldn’t offer any more help then she did. 5 star service and I wasn’t even shopping at the shop she works at

Hubby and son treated me for mothers day.
They went in to buy good girl legere. They even showed them a picture. But because someone put the show bottles of good girl legere on the normal good girl shelfs and vice versa. They got sold the wrong one. We went in to change it. Because it was there error and not ours They said they'd contact the manager and get back to us today at dinner time to try and rectify there error. Well we're still waiting for the call. I even had to tell them while we was in the shop to put the perfumes in the correct place so this problem wouldn't happen again to some other poor unfortunate soul. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff.
One girl even admitted that there is that many perfumes we have trouble memorising which bottles go in which boxes. Well hun if you don't know your perfumes and package leave so someone who knows the trade can do the job.. nearly £55 out of pocket because ppl don't know there jobs.

Absolutely lovely staff. Ordered an aftershave for my dad's birthday for click and collect from the store only to have to go into self-isolation. Phoned the store on the day they announced their closures to ask if they could post it to my address. Spoke to a lovely staff member who said she would try to post either on the the day or the day after. It arrived two days later with a cute little message from the manager Sam. All the staff were a testement to the company, very helpful and couldn't have asked for nicer people to deal with during this uncertain period. Well done The Fragnance Shop!

Popped in today as I am in search of a perfume to wear at my wedding. I’ve been in some perfume shops where the assistants don’t really engage with you, but the lady in the shop was so friendly and helpful, I could tell she had a genuine passion for perfume and she made some good recommendations for me!

I have made a purchase today at the fragrance shop , I have to say the assistant who was helping me choose a gift for my partner’s birthday was outstanding, she helped me with all the different testers and gift wrapped it beautifully for me too .. brilliant and friendly customer service will definitely be back !
