I have two shops in W. Yorkshire under the postcode * * and * *.

I was introduced to Mr. Adil Mahmood by a PayPoint representative Ms. Sadia for getting to enrol NFRN to get parcel service in my shop. I will be very honest I never wished to join NFRN with my interest and I never found any requirement to join NFRN.

I was clearly informed that this subscription is just for 3 free months and you cancel it so that you won't be charged, they never informed me the catch nor the company send me any communication over email or in writing about this terms and conditions of 3 months notice.

Now in January I have been charged for both of shops in spite of the fact that I did cancel the subscription on time and now I realised that I was mis communicated and mis sold a subscription.

I contacted Mr. Adil and he clearly said a statement I sell it to lot of people you are not the first one . I can't do anything, just cancel the direct debit which I did ; you NFRN guys take a pride to help every retailer if they subscribe you; now unwantedly I am in subscription with you and where is your help?

I also contacted Mr. Jayesh to help and he said contact customer care, even he made sure to talk with me to retain with NFRN when I was cancelling the subscription if you need anything call me. Now I needed him and he directed me to customer care.

I contacted live people to get a genuine help because the customer care is never expected to meet your expectations.

Now I want your intervention to help me to get out this contract and get my hard earned money back.

Please look into it with utmost priority and sensitivity.

Yours sincerely,
Raj Shahpatel

Not ideal for my small business, joining is so easy and as well as direct debit. However, resignation and stopping direct debit is as hard as breaking rock. Staff are well trained and all calls are recorded, Nfrn do everything for your business needs, but once you joined never heard from them, only you see is your direct debit every month.
