I prefer this store to Bury Entertainer, the staff are more friendly and customer focused. The store is in spindles shopping centre next door to Debenhams it has a large variety of Toys at very competitive prices. I always head to the Entertainer toy shop first when buying my children gifts, Though I don't buy online anymore as they substitute your toys when they run out and don't tell you, This happened to me recently. The store is fully wheelchair & pushchair accessible. I would definitely recommend this store.

The staff that is currently there is not friendly, it has been 2 times that I come to buy and they see the cameras when only I am buying in the store and they look at me in a bad way as if I were a criminal, I will not return to this store, terrible service,

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mark Robinson for his excellent customer service at the Oldham store. When I went in to look for items for my grandson he went above and beyond seeking out exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. He was attentive and empathetic . A credit to the store

I've bought a cool bike on a reasonable price and my little one wanted to ride it straight away so I asked a member of staff if anyone could assemble it for us by any chance. The store manager did it himself in about 10 minutes so my little one was over the moon. So was I. Truly & Highly recommended!

We love coming to this Entertainer. The staff are so amazing, especially the manager. He's so friendly and incredibly helpful. He's always willing to check in the back and help kids find a toy they are looking for. They usually have a table set up with some toys to try. It's very clean and looked after. Toys that have been left out are quickly put back. Would definitely recommend. Just a note though, it is closed on Sunday.
