I love this charity shop and go there often, but today as I was leaving with my young children a staff member was very rude. After my children said goodbye to him he responded with, 'Bye....and don't come back', very audibly as we were steping out. Really disappointed as it's a great place for vintage finds and something I like to do with my children.

Great charity shop with tons of stuff and a nice big space to go round. The only mild disappointment was that all the toys and games had a ton of stuff in front of them so we couldn't get a proper look.

Very friendly staff, one kind man carried my books to the til after I forgot to get a basket. They also kindly provided a carrier bag as I didn't have much space in my own bag. I collect books and cassettes and was very happy to find they still sell a few cassettes here, most shops don't bother anymore. The books are very reasonably priced, and a large selection. A great shop! 10/10

Everything they sell in the shop is bradgate Park prices it's a charity shop where you sell it less than £1 not making money out of it because there is people out there who can not afford it .it's just getting like harrods there now to dear

Supporting the homeless is great charity work, so as I'm downsizing I have taken all my surplus there for the good cause, the fact that the charity employs and looks after the homeless makes me feel like I at least do a little good
