Amazing service. Daughter tried on an array of dresses with expert advice until she found her dream dress. Alterations carried out in store for the perfect fit and also stocks an excellent range of accessories to compliment the dresses. Prices of the dresses and accessories are reasonable, the appointment system works perfectly and the service is beyond excellent. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a prom dress.

Such a lovely experience for my daughter’s prom dress shopping today. Friendly, helpful, great knowledge, such beautiful dresses and accessories. Took all the stress out of it and made it lovely experience for her. Alterations can be done too, very helpful advice given. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Was looking for a prom dress for my daughter, found this shop online, got in contact so quick and easy, made an appointment. Went there today, the lady could not have been more helpful, no pressure, tried on many beautiful dresses, so much choice and such great prices. My daughter now has her dress and is more than happy. Cannot recommend this shop enough, will definitely be returning.

Made a appointment quick and easy appointment time slot didn't seem long enough to look at all the dresses in the shop and was told there was another appointment waiting so didnt have time to pick and pay but took photos of the ones she did try on and told we could make a decision by that night or latest the next morning. Lady who was in the shop was absolutely lovely with great advice however the dress my daughter decided on was damaged and didn't have any more stock so I asked if it was possible to send over a picture of the damaged part to see if I could repair it the lady through WhatsApp Said she would send a picture by 10am the next day unfortunately I have not received a picture or even heard back at all days later which I think is very unprofessional and have now gone with a different dress shop where she found her dream dress. I understand it gets busy with customers such a shame the communication skills with this shop let's it down and didn't get made to feel like a valued customer.

Absolutely amazing service, the people were so lovely and i felt so comfortable. All the dresses were absolutely stunning, got my prom dress there and wouldn’t want to get it anywhere else. Would 100% recommend!!

Made an appointment (very quick and easy) for my daughter to find a prom dress. Upon visiting the shop received outstanding customer service and was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. An amazing variety of dresses and no pressure at all to purchase. Would highly recommended.

Absolutely awful business. Daughter picked out a prom dress which needed very minor alterations to a fault. Was promised it would be reserved, alterations done and then to expect a watsapp with payment details. Never heard from them, was ghosted for 2 weeks despite numerous calls, Watsapp messages and texts. Daughter is very upset. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Absolutely foul service. Totally disgraceful.
At the end of my appointment I was told that they will have to get back to me as there was dents in the padding and created a crease and they would have to put in new padding. They also said that they would send over the payment details on whatsapp too.
It has been over two weeks since that appointment. I have not received any messages about the payment process, or the padding change. I have messaged multiple times and have had no response, I have also called but have been told "I wasn't the person working that day". That is not an excuse.
Also they told us when we got there that they had around 16 people on the waiting list but we messaged a day or two before our appointment day and they said it was easier to let us have the appointment than try to find who was first on their waiting list.
