i received my order today and i'm so HAPPY!! ahh oh my gosh everything looks so amazing. they have such a wide variety of crystals and jewelry and it seems like basically everything on their website. my order came neatly packaged and nothing broke! 🙂 i'm so glad i ordered from them, and i can't wait to see them grow even more!

Wouldn't even want to give 1 star.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I wasn't sent my full order so messaged the seller. The Owner responded and was absolutely vile saying I "Wasn't Well" when asking for a refund.
I was completely disgusted by the way she spoke to me so unprofessional, i honestly couldn't believe it especially coming from a company that sells healing crystals...
Not only was the owner rude but they didn't give me a full refund and under refunded me by about £8.
If you believe in energy and crystal healing id advise to buy anywhere else.

My Very disappointing experience with this shop. Didn’t receive my order. I contacted the shop and I got what I feel was a very dissatisfactory response, basically saying it would be months before I’d get a refund. And that even at that, they were not obligated to refund me at all.
Even though they knew my order was returned back to them because of an issue with delivery company.

I have ordered from other UK companies and with issues with customs etc., and that’s fine. All of these companies are really understanding and do realize there are lots of new arising issues with imports and exports and customs etc. And with other companies, If I don’t get the order the company refunds or don’t charge, without question. Because they know the item will return to them eventually.

Even if you order off Wish and don’t get your order, you get immediate refund with no issues. Even with AMAZON businesses, they refund even without getting the item back.

This shop knows I didn’t get my purchase. But have advised me, if they do give me a refund it could be months and even with that, they are not obliged to refund me at all. That I should put a claim in with PayPal or my bank Basically potentially having to jump through hoops to get my money back.

I understand policies and regulations, but there is also something called common decency and understanding. And does it really take more effort to be kind to each other. responses from this business felt condescending, patronizing and threatening.

And i don't really care about the money or the items, its the response from the shop that I'm disappointed with. And anyone who has experienced the same, knows what i mean. And as another reviewer mentioned, I cannot believe this is a healing shop. I felt Such bad vibes and Bad energy. I feel very disgusted and anything I got from them now makes me feel bad. And makes me feel bad energy.

Now with what I know, I would feel very ill to know that anything coming from such bad energies was in my home or work. Or worse still given it to a friend as a present. Which is something I would not expect from a healing shop.

It’s supposed to bring calm and positive feelings and healing. But My experience with this shop is anything but this. My experience with this shop brings me disgust and bad feelings.

This is my view on my experience.

And you always see the true nature of a business or service when something goes wrong.

And this is the first bad review I have given.

And makes me feel sad. I have never written a review like this about any business before.

and it makes me feel sad.

I just hope that whoever is in charge gets some training in how to talk to people. because I'm sure when everything runs smoothly its wonderful.

Absolutely Beautiful shop, stunning genuine and totally gorgeous crystals, an order arrived today and I'm thrilled with it! This Mother and daughter run business is the real deal. Affordable, I believe the prices reflect the items very well. Definitely one of my favourite places now ?
