Mostly Italian style food outlets. Free parking in that part of town when making purchases. Sad to see so many units empty. It was delivered 50 years too late. With shopping trends changing and places like Fosse Park offering more choice the outcome is inevitable. The cinema is to close which again demonstrates changing tastes abd needs.

Resembles a ghost town, ok it's not that bad but a fair few empty units and deceased businesses, whilst most of the time they have an on duty security guard the kids in the area seem quite feral, as soon as condensation forms on the empty shops in winter it becomes a blaze with inappropriate graffiti that stays there until it evaporates. The non existent cleaner who I've seen rarely! just walks past most of the rubbish leading to full bins especially at the bus station, it's a shame.

Regarding the layout, it's called the crescent but instead the focal point in the middle has a giant hole that lets all that lovely rain in to drown you, the least they could of done is made it crescent shaped rather than leave it fully open to the elements...

However many years later it's still got units never filled, 2 gyms, a wedding shop, a bank and various food places, it isn't somewhere I'd pop for a browse only if there something specific from Argos I need, was a great idea poorly executed
