Came here for a coffee and the bakery products. The coffee is boiling hot, the staff doesn't even know what vegan options they have. Disappointment, I expected a lot more from a local bakery/cafe.
P.S. Coffee takes ok once you manage to drink it.
PS.2 It turns out the sourdough that I thought I bought is not sourdough at all, more like a supermarket bread but absolutely no sourdough 😒

What a great place! Fresh food, great service and highly recommend. It is a fantastic addition to Grayshott that is fully part of the community. Contrary to one review I read, my experience has only ever been positive, so take balance from everything you read. I will continue to regularly get my sandwiches and coffee from there.

Extremely disappointing to say the least. We like supporting local small businesses but after trying the counter several times it lacks anything of convenience and we will never be going back for the following reasons:

1. They seem to make up about 4 sandwiches daily and rely on selling solely those concoctions without any variation or ability to make up fresh sandwiches with the ingredients i’d actually like.
2. Don’t bother going in past midday as they’ll have little left out - a little confusing for a spot that would surely be ideal for lunch.
3. Not fresh ingredients. Likely due to the above, sitting in “the counter” all day for that one person who likes that exact obscure creation.
4. Relatively uninterested staff who don’t seem to know a thing about welcoming anyone into their business or care if they spend money.

All in all a sad experience, I cannot see how you can keep the lights on with a business model so vague and unenthusiastic.

I hope management really take note of the above as this sentiment is echoed by many in Grayshott. Until then - avoid and go to any of the other small coffee shops or even, dare I say it, the BP garage - you’ll have a better experience.

I visit the counter most mornings and the girls in there are just wonderful. Holly and Jaz greeted me this morning and their service was very quick and theyre always keen for conversation. Absolutely zero bad words to say about this lovely little coffee spot. I recommend it to everyone local or visiting
