Phoned up to enquire about gas bottles, spoke to very rudely by a lady, was told I could only pay cash and didnt seem like they wanted the business and couldn't be bothered, wasnt even sure how much it was she quoted me its approximately £37 For a 7kg butane exchange, Have since found somewhere else quoting £31.50 with much more polite staff, i think i will be going there instead, looking at previous reviews I feel like this is a regularly occurring thing. Doesn't give me much confidence in visiting here.

The old lady and man, in their 80s but so rude and horrible. Don’t know how they got their customers.
All coals were soaking wet.
£28 / 25kg coal
Where we normally buy from £14.5 for 25 kg.

First time ever going there but seen previously large bags of carrots advertised outside. So travelled from cannock area (20 min drive) to be greated with a quiet abrupt lady at the door. I didn't even get passed the shop door.. Asked if any in stock as couldnt see any outside and just got a plain NO.. rude! .how on earth do they get customers. You would think at her age she would of learnt so manners 🙄 shall not be returning.

Twice I’ve been here now, and twice both the shop owners have been very rude. They have no people skills. Definitely won’t be visiting again, I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

Really bad customer service from both of who I assume are the shop owners, the woman in particular. I entered with no mask and without even giving me a chance to say I'm exempt, show my exemption cars or inform them of fact I get tested regularly and do not have Covid-19. They basically threw me out of the shop and said they'd serve me outside, by then the had been that horrible I decided I would take my custom elsewhere. I tried ringing the shop to explain all this but they for some reason said they were ringing the police and giving my reg in haha. There was no crime committed so don't understand this decision. The thanks you get for trying to support small businesses during a pandemic ey. Wow.

Went for a Calour Gas bottle after the usual shops had no stock. Ill be going here in the future, loads of sizes and reasonable prices. Lots of interesting stuff in the shop too!
