Absolutely shockingly rude, poor and unsympathetic. Whilst at this establishment to make use of paypoint services to redeem 2 emergency cash fuel vouchers I was told no we don't do that and don't know how !!!!
Personally I find this to be completely unacceptable especially due to the fact they refused to even try to do the transaction. The process is so simple and straightforward that a 10 year old child could do it as it simply requires inputting the voucher code into the paypoint system and then follow the dummy proof instructions on the screen. Unbelievable and unacceptable !!!!

Don't understand why prices change so much. Often very expensive compared to supermarkets, but have me by short and curlies as live near by and don't drive
