The coop at Epsom has a different loyalty card to the one at Nork near Banstead. As a result I walked out of the at Nork buying nothing.

I've bought two pizza swirls in the morning, they were uncooked still cold in the middle chewy terrible( one for me one for my kid) brought them bck to the store and got ignored by the manager .I've left their pizza swirls with the man on the check out hopefully they can enjoy themselves, I've been regular for years but will never come to this store again. The Baker wasn't new. Disappointed.

Visited here to send my parcel, the lady in the till were so rude and unhelpful. She just used her finger pointed the direction to the area where to send and off you go read and follow, the portable gadget is not so usual for me I ask her assistance whilst no costumer for her to be served, but never come out the till and just keep saying that everything is there and claiming people never read instructions. Please Hermes, this store never deserves your reputation. She is as rude as demon possessed I ever met.

Unfortunately this shop has cost me dear. I wouldn't use the hermes parcel drop off. Its self service but the staff member said he was unable to help due to covid but after 10 minutes the staff member tried to help but after trying to scan my parcel in we both struggled with the self service process balanced on a tiny cardboard box.I found out today my parcel was not scanned properly and I have lost £300 of goods that will not be refunded because the receipt given to me was not a appropriate.
Please use another store for hermes self service it might cost you the same as me

My first time in this store for collecting my parcel. The lady on the till and the man working in the store were so rude and unhelpful. They were refused me to collect my parcel unless I have an identity card, although I tried to explain to both of them that by Amazon Hop Locker terms I don't need ID I just need to scan with barcode but they don't want to listen, They just says they can't help this was not their job.
Please Amazon, this store does not deserve your reputation, the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Took Hermes parcels but they didn't have any receipts so I had proof they were dropped to them. Told they couldn't take them. Feeble sorry. Best you take down your Hermes sign!
