Ordered a gift box for Christmas, evri threw it somewhere , see pics. Theres a seven foot gate so clearly not left on a porch!!. Asked for it to be redelivered they agreed and a month on I'm still waiting for it to be resent. Customer service is shocking, no one answers the phones, emails can take days to be answered.
Even went to the shop to talk to someone, staff were lovely but unable to help.
Customer care and reputation are everything and yours is appalling.

Absolutely blown away! I got nine cheeses and every single one was incredible. Garlic, Pepper & Rosemary was my favourite, but they were all top quality. I’m genuinely grateful — I actually get excited about prepping food now! This is next-level cheese. I’ll be giving the chutney a go next time! Highly recommend!

I’m not really one for writing bad reviews, but I have to share my experience with Chuckling Cheese Company. I ordered my stuff a week ago and specifically chose Thursday for delivery, but I didn’t receive my order on that date. Why offer a delivery date if it’s not going to be honored?

I was also told it would be delivered by Royal Mail, but I just got an email saying Evri is handling my parcel, which is the worst courier. To make matters worse, one of the parcels is going to my work address, and I don’t work weekends, so I’m going to miss the delivery. I opted for Thursday for a reason!

I also placed another order for a present worth £80, which I ordered first, and I’ve only just received tracking confirmation for that. It’s really given me a false sense of security, and I’m not going to get it before Christmas. This is so disappointing. Now I have to go out and find backup options for presents. It’s frustrating when you can’t tell customers that their delivery will arrive on a specific date when it’s not guaranteed. I’m really disappointed and angry.

No surprise to come on here and see a few negative reviews. Do not buy from this cheese company avoid at all costs!

Ordered a big bundle before Christmas as a gift for family, comes to Christmas Day when they open it to reveal 3 cheeses and a chutney completely wrong not what I ordered, and to add to insult the items wrong being cheeses and a chutney they do not like.

It’s fairly easy to read a list when packing orders, 5 cheeses, 2 chutneys, 3/5 wrong, 1/2 wrong, just embarrassing really.

Then after a strongly worded email explaining this embarrassing mistake this company has somehow managed, I am greeted with a 20% refund. For expensive cheeses I didn’t even order, being about 80% wrong. And offered a 20% refund.

I’d highly recommend not using this company and go elsewhere such as snowdonia cheeses, (also better quality cheese from there)

Fantastic tasting cheese, and amazing customer service. Evri lost my order in transit, so contacted the chuckling cheese company. They replaced the order straight away and gave me 20% of my next order. Already picked out my next 3 flavours.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order early November 2024 for something that was meant to be a Christmas present. Order despatched 22/11 but was never received. Tracking showed that my parcel was damaged beyond repair in transit, & advised to contact originating company. Have tried raising a ticket via their website, & have emailed them 5 times but still no response or refund. Dreadful service, will never buy from here again!

Absolutely terrible service AVOID! Placed an order for £100 on 9/12 for delivery on the 24/12 , Xmas presents. On the 24/12 got an email saying not shipped and won’t arrive. Then shipped on 24/12 next day delivery arrived 29/12 . Sitting in Evri warehouse for 5 days unrefrigerated. Impossible to get hold of customer service eventually get a reply from raising a ticket telling me to send whole order back . I lug this big order to the evri collection point . Then takes a further 3 weeks of me begging for a refund . They kept my money for 7 weeks . Absolutely terrible non existent customer service. Avoid !

I ordered goods for a Christmas present on the 16.12.24 to be delivered on Christmas Eve my parcel was sent out Christmas Eve for next day delivery ? Who delivers on Christmas Day no one , it arrived 5 days later on the 29.-2.2025. 6 lots of cheese spoilt not refrigerated. Why would you ? It’s just beyond common sense. The cheese had to be binned and I had to go out and spend again , I’ve sent numerous emails. Phoned customer service , sales no answer from anyone !!!! What kind of a company are you running. You really don’t deserve business you were quick to take my hard earned money . Really upset and disappointed with your service 😡
