We are first motor home buyers, it was so reassuring to have the staff at the caravan place so knowledgeable and friendly, they explain everything we needed to know. Mark was so helpful and even made a YouTube video for us to follow. highly recommend

We bought our caravan from the Caravan Place, Wolverhampton in December so my review is a bit late. The service from Mark and team was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, helpful and professional. Having had a bad experience purchasing our previous van from a private seller in October, I had a lot of questions and they patiently answered these time and time again. The caravan we bought was an older model Sterling, but it was (is) in excellent condition, very clean and everything was tested and working as promised. We had the caravan delivered to a seasonal pitch and again the service was excellent and the process went very smoothly, due to the great communication. We would definitely recommend them and if we were ever in a position to buy another caravan would buy from the Caravan Place.

So brought our first caravan from here and what you see is what you get. Was told there was going to be carpets in our van on collection but there wasn't when asked where they was they all couldn't remember saying it (funny that) was told to call back in the week. So I did... the lady who answered the phone needs to learn some manners!! and was basically told to buy my own.(not what you want to hear after spending 17k)
The caravan hadn't been cleaned inside which was disappointing and by the time I'd got home half the caravans screws and cooker nobs was on the floor. Wife was fuming and wanted to return the caravan. Ended up fixing a lot of stuff properly myself as I don't think they check they inside and certainly don't clean it. No doubt I'll be taking it back for warranty work at some point as we haven't used it yet. I feel this is an honest review and don't like leaving negative reviews. If you're going to buy your first van from here take somebody who knows about vans with you.

Both my and my Husband visited Gailey caravans as we were in the market for a family caravan due to us selling our house and the new house not being ready for 2 weeks, so it had to be suitable for us to live in the interim. We found what we looking for after a bit advice from both Mark and Dean who were very helpful. The aftercare was superb too. Been a subscriber of the YouTube channel for a year or so and we decided that now was the time to purchase a caravan. Found the one we wanted, went for a viewing and went for it.

We needed to delay collection for a week due to getting a new car and the installation of electrics needed - no problem with the caravan place holding it for us for an extra week.

Dean ran through all the equipment on the caravan as part of the handover, which was great. Mark on hand with any queries as well.

Overall process was smooth and easy. Plus they’d produced a set up video on the caravan, which is a great help and good to have for future reference.

Having followed the YouTube channel and enjoyed the videos on tips, hints the overall regular updates on the caravan market I found it very informative and became a regular viewer. I happened to click the link to their website where I stumbled upon a van for sale which was exactly what I was looking for.

The process was simple, the sales team friendly and left you to have a good explore and the van was presented in line with the time line we discussed.

Leeza was fantastic, extremely prompt responses throughout the process and keeping me abreast of any queries I had raised.

I’d honestly say these are the real deal and the reviews speak for themselves - I travelled from Wirral for this van because not only was it the right one, the right price but also from the right dealer. Mark comes across very genuine in his videos and although I didn’t get the chance to meet him during the purchase the impression I got from 12 months viewing his videos put me at ease that I was in safe hands.

The handover with the two gentlemen’s was good, they helped with the hook up and went through the important information on use of the caravan.

The only slight hiccup was the final full valet was missed and although this didn’t meet my overall expectations of what condition that the van would be presented in on collection day, it was still in an extremely acceptable condition to use right away.

The family were ecstatic with the surprise and are excited on our upcoming caravan holidays for years to come.
