I have been visiting this shop since it opened and have to say it is the best sweet shop I have ever known (and I have tried loads!). The variety of sweets is great, they are always fresh, hygiene is taken super seriously with the shop always being stocked with gloves for picking sweets and being super clean. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and prices.....very fair! In fact per 100g I think that the Candy Cove is the cheapest in the area. Highly recommend a visit, once you've been I am pretty sure you will go back.

My two daughters and I visit Candy Cove every time we visit our holiday house. They absolutely love it - there’s so many pocket money priced treats for them to choose. There’s an extensive range of sweets from America as well as a brilliant pic n mix.

A absolute gem of a sweet shop. The staff are fantastic and the range of treats on offer is huge, everything from your traditional sweets to American candy that the kids love these days. Would highly recommend a visit.

What an absolute gem of a sweet shop - fantastic selection, reasonable prices and such a lovely owner. My favourite place to visit in Chapel BY FAR - totally love this place and happy drive 45 minutes to visit to stock up on goodies. Highly recommended.

After popping in earlier in the week with our assistance dog and 5 children and being told by the owner it was fine about the dog as long as we didnt go near the unwrapped sweets we came back saturday because our children had holiday money they wanted to spend in the shop we were told by some harridan on the till in no uncertain terms that our dog was not welcome we were never given the chance to explain he is an assistance dog we were just told no in a very loud voice. Very upsetting for the children and very dissapointing all round.

Fantastic selection of sweets & treats for everyone old and young. Great selection of pic & mix along with a large selection of USA candy and they also have a selection of sugar free &vegan pick and mix and pre packed sugar free sweets & biscuits alongside retro sweets, Rock, candy floss and a blast from the past with jar sweets including cherry lips, floral gums to name but a few great shop great prices great selection and friendly helpful staff
