We had lovely, but short stay at The Burleigh. We are planning another trip to Hunstanton and are going to book the room there. The rooms are very big and nicely decorated with high ceilings. Bathroom was very clean and bright with fresh towels. . There was a small area for making tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast was nice , I'm not into fried breakfast so I had cereal and toast , and a glass of fresh orange juice. It was plentiful.
We had a sea view which was nice to look at through the window, no balcony. I'm sure most people would go out every day exploring the area and strolling down to the sea front and amusements.
The owners are very nice friendly people, if you need help in some way I'm sure they would help in some way.
The picture I have posted was the view from our room on the 1st floor.

My wife & I have just returned home from a fantastic 5 night stay here. Everything was without fault. The room, location, service & meals were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a room with a sea view which was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness & attention to detail is without fault. This was our first stay there, but it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Sharon & Ram for making our first trip to Hunstanton such a memorable one.

Just come back after a few days away with my sister. Very warm welcome all staff friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to cover our needs. Wonderful selection at breakfast and healthily cooked. Spotlessly clean and nice touches of fresh flowers around building. Curtesy tray well equipped. Towels big and soft,high quality bedding and comfy beds slept very well no noise and heavy black out curtains. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Hunstanton would highly recommend and praise to all staff for high standards.

Reasonably priced guest house in a great location with friendly hosts. The beds were very comfortable(room 7) and everything was very clean.
Excellent restaurants/bars just two minutes walk. (Indian restaurant very good, Chives is ok, Quigley Irish bar, dancing, very friendly)
Best breakfast menu I have ever seen!!
We will definately be back.

Lovely weekend, top floor room, well equipped with good quality toiletries, and large fluffy towels. 1st class friendly service by hosts Excellent quality breakfast, wish we could have stayed longer.

Good value b&b. Brilliant location. Well cooked and presented, free breakfast with vegan and gf options. Free parking. Toiletries, towels,robes and beverages available in rooms.
The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was okay.

So just checked out this b&b and needed to write a review straight away. Absolutely fantastic place to stay, room was perfect service 10 out of 10 lovely couple that run it so friendly. Can't praise and recommend this place enough 😀thankyou for having us definitely coming back ❤

Lovely guest house...room was ideal..we had the double room with the separate bathroom across the landing...so if have to use the toilet a lot you may have to think about this one...sea view as we were on the front ...ideal location 1 minute to the beach... breakfast was lovely with a lot of options which was good..alround a lovely stay
